Saudi-listed Arabian Centres Co. sells Sahara Plaza mall for $53.3m


RIYADH: Saudi-listed Arabian Centres Co. has bought the Sahara Plaza mall in Riyadh for a complete worth of SR200 million ($53.3 million) beneath its non-core asset sale program.

Often known as Cenomi Facilities, the corporate — which is likely one of the largest house owners, operators, and builders of buying malls within the Kingdom — stated in a bourse submitting that that is the fourth buying heart to be bought.
