Matthew Perry Foundation established to help people fighting addiction


Actor Matthew Perry died at the age of 54 at his home on Oct. 28. On Nov. 3, the Matthew Perry Foundation was announced in a press release, ‘Variety’ reports. It is sponsored and run by the National Philanthropic Trust. “In the spirit of Matthew Perry’s enduring commitment to helping others struggling with the disease of addiction,” Matthew Perry Foundation, via press release. “…we embark on a journey to honor his legacy by establishing the Matthew Perry Foundation, guided by his own words and experiences, and driven by his passion for making a difference in as many lives as possible.”
