Iraq’s Nujaba says it should proceed assaults on US forces

BAGHDAD: The Iran-backed Iraqi armed group Nujaba stated on Friday it should proceed launching assaults on US forces within the area till the Gaza conflict ends and US forces exit Iraq, days after one other main Iran-backed group stated it was suspending such assaults.
Iraq’s shadowy Kataib Hezbollah stated on Tuesday it might pause assaults on US forces, a call that adopted the killing of three US troopers in a drone assault in Jordan close to the Syrian border that Washington blamed on Iran-back militants.
Washington has vowed to retaliate.
