Celine Dion was spotted at Katy Perry’s final Las Vegas Residency show on November 4, in a rare public appearance. Fans said it was great to see the singer “outside looking happy”. Dion had to cancel her Courage World Tour in December 2022 due to her ongoing battle with Stiff-Person Syndrome.
